My own experiences have taught me to search the beliefs that limit my ability to love and love the process I am experiencing, because that’s where the freedom truly lives.

Let’s address this dilemma first in terms of karma and then in terms of God’s will. If there is a karmic lesson involved, you might want to ask yourself this question, “Do I believe that I must play out the drama associated with this illness until I die in order to bring my karma into balance?”

Your love of God within you attracts the treatments and healers that serve you best. Or your love will help you transcend your pain until you are ready to be welcomed on the other side into God’s arms.
If your answer is, “Yes,” then you have determined what is required and do indeed need to live with the illness until you make your crossing. Spiritually, you are getting ready for the final and wonderful freedom that death brings, so letting go of anything that could encumber a graceful and beautiful crossing needs to be released. In your spiritual practice you will want to find compassion for any regrets and resentments that may be related to your illness and your life. The compassion frees you to be more present to Divine consciousness.
If you do not believe you need to understand the origin of the karma in order to be freed from it, you will want to focus your attention on methods of releasing yourself from the karmic wheel. In this case, your direct your spiritual practice toward freedom from your perceived limits, regardless of whether or not you remember the origin of this karmic limit.
If we deem it to be acceptable to have a doctor set our broken bones, discover the cause of a rash and treat it, take care of ourselves when we contract the flu or buy glasses to correct our vision, isn’t it equally appropriate to find our solutions for more serious conditions?

The older the injury, the longer it takes to heal. The body heals at it's own pace. Trigger Point Therapy will help to accelerate the process, but it is not a miracle cure.
The Basics of Trigger Points

If you try to grin and bear it or if the Therapist goes too deep, your muscles will tense away from the pain and reactivate the Trigger Points that the Therapist may have already erased. After a few sessions the massage will begin to feel good; the tender hot spots will begin to calm down.

What to do if you experience a relapse
A Trigger Point Therapist's job is to release the Trigger Points at the point of pain and to find and 'erase' the Trigger Points at the origin. Erasing Trigger Points can be done in a variety of ways, but basically, the therapist applies pressure directly at the site of the Trigger Point for a short period of time, usually,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], several seconds. This breaks up the muscle fibers within the adhesion and releases the toxins that have built up. Once the muscle fibers are broken up, they begin to repair and eventually they return to their natural state, ultimately releasing the muscle memory associated with the injury and healing the pain.

When a muscle is traumatized from an injury or physical or emotional stress, the Trigger Points become 'hot' or active. The belly of the muscle forms an adhesion within the muscle fibers in response to the trauma and creates a 'knot.' On the cellular level, the exchange of oxygen, fresh blood and the waste removal slows down and lactic acid builds up, causing decreased circulation, inflammation and pain in the area. Because your Trigger Points are full of toxins they feel sore to the touch.
3. Make sure you have an appointment scheduled for a massage.
Don't expect to be completely healed after one session. It may have taken years for your injury to manifest and it's just not feasible to expect instant gratification when it comes to your health. Expect to do some work outside of your sessions. Your therapist should give you some work to do on your own and if you do it, you will see results faster than if you just rely on your Trigger Point sessions alone. After getting a bit more imaginative with the reward packages on offer, Jeremy got most of the team in place and the project off the ground. Alarmingly Neil just seemed to crumble and Jeremy ended up doing most of the talking himself. Then there was Jenny Corrigan whose ideas in the brainstorming sessions were just sensational, as was her ability to hit the ground running with new stuff. However, when it came to the physical graft needed on the follow through she went completely off the boil. (He reluctantly recognised a bit of himself in this!) Jeremy also picked up on some water-cooler talk about Paula Redford not feeling she was being fully utilised. He knows he’s not using all her skills and experience yet, but she can hardly say she’s not busy! Some of his initial enthusiasm for this team is definitely beginning to wane.
Give lots of encouragement and focus any feedback on delivering even better results next time. Load them up with answers so they can run quickly – they don’t need the level of detail required to work it all out and verify things for themselves.
