You have to visualize yourself somewhere else, doing something else! What will come through in this process is your determination. Your determination will go on like a light bulb. Once this happens, there will be no stopping you. It is also a good idea to use your senses when you visualize. Experience through envisioning what something smells like, what something tastes like, and what you hear. The more you visualize something, the more prone you are to make it happen.
You can make a vision board by posting the pictures of the things you like,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or the things you want on a poster board. The vision board can include; houses, places you would like to travel, your dream wedding, or your feelings. The important thing about the vision board is that you keep it where you can see it. If you look at it daily, you are reminded of what you are working toward.

2. Take the time to put pen to paper and write down what you want to get out of this exercise. This gives you a very practical way of getting information from the 'back of your mind' or the unconscious mind (where it is fairly useless to you), into your conscious awareness where it can be used.
4. When you're ready, make sure that you have somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down and begin with some deep breathing. This will help you to relax and focus your attention in the inner world of your imagination.
